Social Groups
Calendar filters (Social Groups)Added support for new filters in Community > Social Groups > Calendar. The system handles multiple toggle options including “Show Allocated Staff”, “Show Bookings Linked to Time Logs”, “Hide Cancelled Bookings”, “Show All Social Group Shift Patterns”, and “Show Linked Social Group Shift Patterns” along with additional filter options. You can control how bookings and events are displayed in the calendar.
Hide cancelled bookings (Social Groups)Added support for hiding cancelled bookings in Community > Social Groups > Calendar. The system handles visibility using the “Hide Cancelled Bookings” toggle based on the “Show Shift Patterns & Adhoc Bookings” setting. You can focus on active bookings in the calendar view.
Timeline view attendanceAdded support for Timeline View in Community > Social Groups > Manage Attendance. The system handles attendee scheduling by displaying events and participants on a timeline with filtering for attendance status. You can view and manage attendance more clearly.
Sleepover visibilitySleepover visibility in Community > Social Groups is improved. You can identify sleepover bookings more easily when managing event attendance, with a moon icon displayed if the booking is a sleepover.
Split attendance bookingsAdded support for splitting attendance bookings in Community > Social Groups. The system handles booking splits at a selected time and allows reassignment of staff for the remaining duration. You can manage staffing changes within events more easily.
Calendar
Client calendar filtersAdded support for new filters in Client > Calendar. The system handles toggle-based filtering using “Show All Social Group Shift Patterns” and “Show linked social group shift patterns (where the client is a linked member of the shift)” for calendar views. You can view relevant shift patterns more easily when managing client schedules.
Calendar generation filtersAdded support for filters when generating the client calendar in Client > Profile > Calendar. The system handles calendar generation by allowing selection of options such as Include Tasks, Include Cancelled Bookings, Include Bookings Linked to Time Logs, and Include Externally Delivered. You can customise the calendar output based on your needs.
Forecast cost labelsForecast Cost Labels Added to Bookings You can now see the estimated revenue for each booking with color-coded labels: blue for Confirmed, black for Planned, and green for Claimed. This allows you to view booking revenue at a glance on the Client calendar, Client service orders, Staff calendar, Service requests, Service Review Board, Teams V1, Teams V2, Social group calendar (shifts/adhoc bookings), and Social group manage attendance page.
Booking
Cancelled and unallocated optionA new “Cancelled and Unallocated” option is now available when editing a booking in Booking form or from the Scheduling Board, allowing you to cancel a booking and automatically remove the assigned staff in one step for easier management.
Advanced Booking Details
Advanced booking allocationAdded support for Advanced Booking Details across bookings except shifts. The system handles booking splits by allowing allocation across services, billing categories, and funding sources with stored calculated values. You can track budgets and manage booking allocations more clearly.
Quotes
Modified indicator in quotesAdded support for a modified indicator in Quotes. The system handles once-off booking updates by displaying a “Modified” tag beside the subtotal when changes are made. You can quickly identify updated items in the quote.
Services
Line item template linkingAdded support for linking line item templates in Settings > Services. The system handles manual line items by allowing a default line item template to be assigned to a service during setup.
Claiming
Adjustment line validationAdded support for error handling in adjustment lines. The system handles validation by preventing negative quantities and displaying the message “Adjustment transaction. Negative not allowed.” You can identify and correct invalid adjustments more easily.
Funding and Budget Management
Funding and budget dashboardAdded support for the Funding and Budget dashboard. The system handles budget tracking by displaying funding, planned spending, and usage over time. You can monitor and manage client budgets more effectively.
Funding Source
Advanced funding templatesAdded support for Advanced Mode in Funding Source templates. The system handles multiple rates, budget categories, and co-contribution percentages within a single template. You can manage funding structures more flexibly.
Statements
Download invoice statementsAdded support for downloading invoice statements in the portal. The system handles statement downloads using the Download Statement button for closed periods. You can access finalised statement files when needed.
Staff
Staff hour trackingAdded support for staff hour tracking. The system handles detection of over or under allocated hours for staff. You can identify workload issues more easily.
Contractors
Export contractor jobsAdded support for exporting contractor job details in Actions > Contractor Jobs. The system handles export by allowing download as a CSV file using the Print button. You can extract and review contractor job data easily.
MPAS
Bulk MPAS schedule creationAdded Support for Bulk MPAS Schedule Creation. Multiple MPAS schedules can be created for a client from the Client Profile and Quick Actions using a new Bulk Add Schedule button. You can set start and end dates, select or remove schedules, and choose social group events, making it more efficient to manage multiple schedules.

Duplicate booking preventionIn Quotes, duplicate once-off items no longer appear when the fetch bookings button is clicked multiple times, ensuring bookings are only added once.
Default funding source consistencyDefault funding source selection in Quotes is improved. When creating a new quote, funding sources now display more consistently across periods, reducing confusion when managing allocations.
Quote print layout clarityQuote print format is improved in Quotes. You can view clearer funding summaries and grouped information, making printed quotes easier to read.
Quote version handlingQuote version handling is improved in Quotes. New booking versions are now only created when changes are made, helping keep your quote history clean and accurate.
Quote accuracy storageQuote accuracy is improved in Quotes. Calculation values are now stored when a quote is accepted, ensuring consistent figures when viewing or printing.
Created by field fixIn Quotes, the “Created by” field now displays the correct user name. You can accurately see who created each quote.
Calculate button visibilityIn Quotes, the “Calculate” button is now only available for Draft and Open quotes, and is hidden for Accepted, Verbally Accepted, or Cancelled quotes,. This prevents further changes once a quote is finalised.
Client acknowledgement sectionIn Quotes, printed quotes now include a Client Acknowledgement section. You can collect client signatures directly on the quote document.
Advanced Booking Details
Saving behaviour consistencySaving behaviour is improved across Quotes, Care Plans, Adhoc Bookings, and Calendar (advanced display mode). Your data now saves consistently across the system.
Social group advanced booking supportAdded Support for Advanced Booking and Calculated Values in Social Groups. The system supports advanced booking details and calculated values when publishing a social group.
Total booking cost fieldAdded Support for Total Booking Cost. The system now includes a total_estimated_cost_bill field in booking-related API responses. This provides users immediate access to the full estimated booking cost, making it easier to review and manage expenses.
Advanced booking tracking supportAdded Support for Advanced Booking Details Tracking. The system database is updated to support advanced booking details and improve how booking-related information is tracked. This enhancement allows for more accurate management and better linking of bookings, cancellations, and calendar events.
Sleepover
Sleepover rate calculationSleepover rate calculation is improved in bookings. Active rates are now applied across the full booking duration, ensuring accurate billing for sleepover services.
Sleepover schedule calculationSleepover calculation is improved in bookings. Schedules within sleepovers are now calculated correctly, ensuring accurate totals.
Sleepover reporting claritySleepover reporting is improved. Sleepover bookings now separate interruption periods clearly, ensuring accurate and non-overlapping time entries.
Claiming
Export download reliabilityExport downloads are improved in Settings > Exports. SAH claim files now download successfully without errors, ensuring reliable access to your data.
Statement variation visibilityIn Statements, bookings that are uncancelled within the adjustment period now appear in claims and show as variations. This ensures totals are accurate and changes are clearly visible.
Claim validation sequencingClaim validation is improved in Claims Management Dashboard . You can no longer finalise a claim if a previous statement period is still open, helping maintain accurate claim sequencing.
Service Review
Coordinator filter expansionFiltering in Service Reviews is improved. In Service Review filters, you can now select Client Coordinators from both branch and Admin levels, giving you a complete list to choose from.
Page position retentionIn Service Review, page behaviour after saving is improved. You remain in position after saving a booking, making it easier to continue your work.
Statements
Care management calculationStatement calculations are improved in Statements. Care Management hours are now based on actual time, helping ensure accurate totals for shorter bookings.
File upload securityFile uploads are improved in Statements. Payment statement uploads are now scanned for viruses, helping keep your data secure.
MPAS
Bulk MPAS creationMPAS creation is improved. Multiple MPAS records can now be created in bulk, saving time when setting up schedules.
MPAS calculation accuracyMPAS calculations are improved. Pre-calculations are now handled more accurately, helping ensure correct results.
Bookings
Booking calculation consistencyBooking calculations are improved. Pre-calculations are now handled more consistently, helping ensure accurate booking data.
Booking cleanup logicBooking cleanup logic is improved. Future preloaded bookings are now removed correctly based on current date, time, and timezone, preventing unintended deletions.
Schedule
Shift naming clarityIn Schedules, shift naming is improved. You can now identify bookings more clearly with labels like “FROM SHIFT PATTERN” or “FROM ONCE-OFF SHIFT” when viewing details.
Shift pattern savingIn Schedules > Shift Patterns, saving is improved. You can now proceed when updating a shift pattern start date without issues.
Exports
Date selection validationDate selection in Settings > Exports for Support At Home Invoices is improved. You can now only select a “From” and “To” date within the same month, helping prevent incorrect exports.
Timesheet
Timesheet accessAccess to Staff Timesheets is improved. Coordinator Admin users can now open timesheets without errors, allowing smoother timesheet management.
Volunteer
Qualification entry fixIn People > Volunteer, adding qualifications is improved. You can now click “Add Qualification” without errors, allowing you to update volunteer records smoothly.
Care plan
Support plan download formatFile downloads are improved in People > Client > Print Care/Support Plan. You can now download SAH Support Plans in the correct format for easier use.
Notifications
Email subject clarityNotification clarity is improved in Notification Settings Dashboard. Cancelled booking emails now display “cancel” in the subject, helping you identify updates more easily.
Billing Category
Draft rate set deletionIn Settings > Billing Categories, draft rate sets can now be deleted. You can remove unused draft rate sets to keep your billing setup clean.
Funding Sources
Funding source visibilityThe Funding Sources section in Client Profile has been improved to make it easier to view, manage, and understand all client funding in one place, with clearer status indicators, filtering, and export options.
Mobile
Form error messagingForm submission errors are improved in Mobile > Create Form Submission. You now see clearer error messages when creating incident reports, helping you understand and resolve issues faster.
Home Page
Dashboard accuracyDashboard accuracy is improved in Home > Dashboard. Incidents and Feedback counts now display correctly, giving you reliable totals.
Reports
Reporting field expansionReporting is improved in Service Reports, Client Calendar, and Service Review Board. Additional fields are now available, giving you more detailed information in exports and views.
Claims Management
Final claim restrictionIn Claims Management Dashboard, the Remove Period button is now hidden when Claim Status is Final. You can avoid making changes to finalised claims.
Clients
Client loading performanceLoading performance is improved in People > Clients. Client groups now load only when needed, making filtering and grouping faster.
Agreement
CHSP agreement updateCHSP Agreement is updated. You can now use the latest format with updated mappings for improved documentation.
Calendar
Advanced booking publishingClient calendar publishing is improved. Bookings with Advanced Booking Details now retain their values after being published, ensuring consistency.
