Start Your Journey with CareVision

We are delighted to welcome your team to CareVision. We understand that starting something new can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we want you to know that we are here to support and guide you as you start your journey toward the ultimate care experience.

To make things easier, we have prepared a detailed guide along with helpful resources, including videos and step-by-step instructions, to ensure you feel confident and supported at every stage.

We will guide you through the introductory journey, from logging in and resetting your password to exploring the knowledge base and completing your account setup.

Step 1 : Login to CareVision

You will have just receive your login details for CareVision. You have been given access to the portal and the mobile app so now is the time to login and reset your password to something more memorable.

CareVision Portal

  1. Open the portal at https://webportal.carevision.com/

  1. Enter your username and password.

  1. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.

  1. Click Login.

CareVision Mobile Plus App

  1. Download and install the CareVision Mobile Plus App on your Android or iOS device.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  1. Enter your username and password.

  1. Click Login.

Step 2: Manage Your Login Credentials

Change Password

Many of our community like to reset their password now to something secure that is more memorable for them. To keep your account secure, we recommend changing your password after your first login. Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Log in to the CareVision portal.

  2. In the left menu, click My Account.

  1. Click Change Password.

  1. Enter your current password.

  1. Enter your new password.

  1. Verify your new password by entering it again.

  1. Click Submit.

Notes
Changing your password will log you out. We recommend completing this step on the portal before logging in on mobile to avoid extra steps.

Forgot Username or Password

If you can’t find your login email or have forgotten your credentials, you can easily recover your username or reset your password. Here’s how:

On the Portal

  1. Go to the login page on the portal.

  1. If you forgot your username, click Forgot Username?

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password?

  1. Enter your email address to recover your username or password.

  1. Click Submit.

  1. After a successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation message that an email has been sent.

    • If you forgot your username, you will see a confirmation message indicating that an email with your username has been sent.

  1. If you forgot your password, you will receive a message confirming that a password recovery email has been sent.

  1. Check your email for your username or password reset instructions.

  2. Return to the portal and log in again using the instructions provided in the email.

On the Mobile App

You can also recover your credentials using the mobile app. Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to the login screen on the mobile app.

  1. If you forgot your username or password, click Reset Here.

  1. Select from the dropdown to recover your username or password.

  1. Enter your email address.

  1. Click Submit.

  1. After a successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation message that an email has been sent.

  2. Check your email for your username or password reset instructions.

  3. Return to the mobile app and log in again using the instructions provided in the email.

Step 3: Profile Setup & Add Team

Log into the CareVision Academy by using the credentials that were provided to you. We recommend reviewing the video for creating team members and onboarding staff now, or review this knowledgebase guide. Once you have navigated to your profile and filling in the details on your profile, don't forget to check:

Once you have updated your profile we recommend adding in the key team members who will assist you with the project and also letting our support team know you have done this, so we can ensure they are added to the academy for learning content.

Step 4: Discover the Knowledgebase

In addition to the CareVision Academy Video Content you can now also access the Knowledgebase. This is a collection of written content and how to articles and guides.

Access the knowledgebase here or through the following web portal menu steps:

My Account> Help & Support

When you click on Help & Support the page will do a few redirects the first time you visit it as it registers your account. Just wait a moment and you will be redirected to the knowledgebase home page. Some useful articles for this stage of your onboarding are listed below:

Step 5: Account Setup & Key Settings

Key configurations that must be implemented in your account were discussed during the initial meeting. We recommend that you review the links above to understand the standard setup and identify any internal actions or decisions needed to ensure your configuration is complete and ready to go.
