How to Change Your Password in CareVision
I. Change Your Password
To keep your account secure, we recommend changing your password after your first login. Follow these steps to change your password:
Log in to the CareVision portal using your username and password.
In the left menu, click My Account.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Verify your new password by entering it again.
Click Submit.
Changing your password will log you out. We recommend completing this step on the portal before logging in on mobile to avoid extra steps.
II. Recover Username or Password
If you can’t find your login email or have forgotten your credentials, you can easily recover your username or reset your password. Here’s how:
A. On the Portal
Go to the login page on the portal.
If you forgot your username, click Forgot Username?
- If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address to recover your username or password.
Click Submit.
After a successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation message that an email has been sent.
If you forgot your password, you will receive a message confirming that a password recovery email has been sent.
Check your email for your username or password reset instructions.
Return to the portal and log in again using the instructions provided in the email.
B. On the Mobile App
You can also recover your credentials using the mobile app. Here’s what to do:
Go to the login screen on the mobile app.
If you forgot your username or password, click Reset Here.
Select from the dropdown to recover your username or password.
Enter your email address.
Click Submit.
After a successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation message that an email has been sent.
Check your email for your username or password reset instructions.
Return to the mobile app and log in again using the instructions provided in the email.
