Getting Started For Field Staff
Overview
When you roll out CareVision or when you have new team members join it is important to ensure they are trained on how to use the mobile application effectively to succeed in their role.
The main items to train new field staff on are:
- Logging In
- Reset or Recover Username or Password
- When and How to contact support
- Manage their leave and availability
- Upload their certifications
- The calendar and how to complete shifts correctly
Your organisation may also have other workflows such as tasks, policy and procedure updates, and forms, which make up part of the field staff day to day work. You can also train them on these aspects of the application.
To make this process easy and straight forward please find attached the Mobile App Quick Guide or alternatively
use this link to access an online version.
