20 May 2026A new Transport Run report is available in Community > Social Groups. You can now print Transport Run details directly from a social group event.

20 May 2026Added support for email notifications when sending Social Group event printouts, allowing recipients to receive details such as Transport Runs or Meal Plans directly via email. Enable this in Settings > Notifications in the portal and Notification Settings in the new portal, where notifications are triggered when a social group event is published.
20 May 2026The quote acceptance process is improved. Totals now refresh before a quote is marked as Accepted or Accepted - Verbally, so the finalised quote reflects the most up-to-date amounts and prevents outdated values from being saved.
21 May 2026Claim finalisation in Settings > Exports > View Billing Exports History is improved. You can now mark a claim file as “Final” only once, preventing duplicate claim IDs from being created.
21 May 2026A new Close Quarter button is added in the Statement Periods Management section when a closed period falls in the previous month of a quarter.
