Funding Sources Section in Client Profile

The Funding Sources section provides a view of a client’s funding, including current balances, historical records, and future allocations. It allows you to filter, review, export, and manage funding items efficiently. 
Recent improvements to this section provide a clearer view of the client’s funding, making it easier to manage and track funding details.

To view funding sources from the Client Profile:
  1. Open the Client Profile.
  2. Select Funding Sources.

I. Funding Sources Header & Controls

View Filters

Switch between funding timelines:

FilterDescription
CurrentDisplays active funding based on today’s date.
PastDisplays expired funding.
FutureDisplays funding that has not yet started.
AllDisplays all funding records without filters.
Search funding records by funding type.

Refresh

Reloads the list to display the most up-to-date funding information.

After refreshing, the values will load correctly.

Export CSV

Downloads all funding records as a CSV file for review.

+ New Funding Item

Creates a new funding source directly from this section.

Reset Filters

Restores default settings (Current view with no search applied).

II. Funding Summary Cards

These cards provide a quick snapshot of funding totals and availability.

A. Active Funding

Displays the total value from the Total Funding column for all currently active funding source. Below the value, a note is shown: “Across N current sources”, which indicates the number of active funding sources included in the total. 

B. Available for Service

Displays the remaining usable balance for services based on the Available for Service column. Below the value, a note is shown: “Current usable balance,” indicating the amount currently available for use.


Status indicators:
  • Ready: Sufficient balance is available

  • Low: Balance is below the defined threshold

  • Exhausted: No remaining balance

  • Not Applicable: No eligible funding available

C. Rollover

Displays any carry-over funding, applicable only to specific funding types. Below the value, a note is shown: “Advanced funding only,” indicating that rollover applies only to the Advanced funding type.

Status indicators:

  • Available: Rollover balance is available

  • None: No rollover balance

  • Tracked: Rollover is applicable but not yet accumulated

  • Not Applicable: Rollover is not supported for this funding type

III. Funding Items Table

Displays all funding sources associated with the client in a detailed table.

ColumnDescription
Funding TypeThis column displays the type of funding assigned to the client.
LevelThis column displays the funding level or tier associated with the funding source.
Start DateThis column displays the date when the funding begins.
End DateThis column shows the date when the funding ends.
Total FundingThis column displays the total amount of funding allocated.
Available for ServicesThis column displays the remaining balance available for use on services.
RolloverThis column displays any carry-over funding amount, if applicable.
ModeThis column displays the type of funding, such as Advanced or Basic.
StatusThis column shows whether the funding is Current, Past, or Future.
External Debtor AccountsThis column lists any linked external debtor accounts.
ActionsThis column provides available actions, such as deleting a funding item.

Clicking a funding item in the table opens that funding source.

The Edit Funding Source screen appears, where you can view and update the details.

IV. Funding Source Defaults

Lists the funding sources marked as default during the quoting process. These defaults are automatically applied when creating new quotes.
