Questions About Support at Home? Submit a Ticket Here

1. Log in to the CareVision portal.

2. Click My Account.

3. Select Help & Support. Help & Support is a dedicated area in the CareVision portal where you can easily submit a ticket for assistance.

4. Click Tickets.

5. Click Add Ticket.

6. In the layout field, select Support at Home Questions.

7. In the classifications field, select Question or Scenario that you want to raise related to Support at Home.

8. In the subject field, enter a relevant subject.

9. In the description field, provide a detailed explanation of your concern this will help us understand your concern better.

10. In the lower left, you can click the Attach file icon to add any files relevant to your concern, if needed.

11. Review all details of your ticket, then click Submit.

12. Click My Tickets.

13. Go to My Area > All Departments to see all the tickets you’ve submitted. You can track all your tickets here.
