What Location Data We Collect
CareVision Plus Mobile App collects the following location data:
Precise location (GPS and network-based location)
Background location (when travel tracking is active)
Location data is only collected:
When a user checks into a scheduled booking (a point-in-time location is captured)
When a user starts an active travel session during a booking or shift
During an active travel tracking session
Until the travel session is ended by the user or is automatically stopped when idle for a period of time
We do not continuously track location outside of active travel sessions.
Location data may be collected:
While the app is in use and the user checks into a booking (a point-in-time location is captured)
While the app is in use and the user has explicitly selected to track travel
While the app is running in the background (during active travel tracking) and the user has explicitly selected to track travel
The app collects background location data only during active travel tracking sessions to accurately record travel routes and distances.
An icon will always be displayed on the mobile device indicating that travel tracking is active.

Travel tracking to make it easy for users to report kilometers traveled in the application
