Clocking-in/out, in simple terms, is how you want to tell the system that you are starting and/or ending the day of work. It’s basically the same as punching-in your card at the start of the day and punching it again when you head home from work. It’s also a form of telling the system that you are already in the office, and you are waiting for clients to call you for their bookings.
Booking-in/out; however, is telling clients that you are about to render your services for that particular shift. As an example, you book-in to the system once you arrive at the client’s location and are about to render a Therapy Session service for them. You book-out of the system once you finish with them; and move on to the next booking. You may have several book-ins/outs for the day depending on the schedule that is assigned to you.
Once you are done for the day’s work, you should clock-out of the system to tell it that you should no longer be available for book-ins for the rest of the day.

Clock-in to start day
Check-in to 1st Booking
Complete 1st Booking
Check-out of 1st Booking
Check-in to 2nd Booking
Complete 2nd Booking
Check-out of 2nd Booking
No more bookings left
End-of-shift
Clock-out to finish the day

Tap the upper-right portion of the screen with the label “More”
Under the list of SETTINGS, tap the Clock In (or Clock Out) in order to start or finish the day

Tap the Calendar Menu
Find the Service Booking that was assigned to you
Accept the Booking if it has not been accepted yet
Tap the Service Booking, and you will be redirected to the details of the Service Booking
You will find a CHECK IN button. Tap it and the system will recognize that you have checked-in to your booking
Assuming that you have rendered the service booking and completed what is expected of you, go to the Carevision Mobile Application Home Page
Tap the Calendar Menu
Select the Service Booking you wish to end the Booking for and tap it.
Tap the CHECK OUT button
Prior to Checking-Out of the Booking, you may need to fill up some forms before the system lets you check out of the booking
Fill up the necessary forms you need to fill up
Tap the Check-Out Button again once you finished the form
Fill up the data Time Sheet to indicate what time you started/ended the booking
If you wish to update the Time you have checked-in/out of the booking, tap on the “UPDATE TIME SHEET” button
Added the correct Booking Times by tapping the EDIT button
Tap on the Adjusted Time you wish to edit and change accordingly
Tap SUBMIT once you are done editing
Tap SAVE & CHECK OUT once done updating the Time Sheet
