Clock On & Clock On Questionnaire
The clock-on / clock-off module allows the staff member to record the starting/ending of their shift. The staff member needs to be a registered CareVision user and CareVision Mobile app to clock on, to fill in the clock on questionnaire if there is, and to clock off.
For every organisation, it is important to keep the staff member's clock-on / clock-off as these records can be used for payroll.
A clock-on questionnaire (also known as Start Shift Form) pops up once the staff clocks in and if the organisation has a created clock-on questionnaire. This form is customisable and is often is used to capture important data from the staff member.
These are the sample forms:
- Who's care are you driving? - for payroll purpose
- Vehicle Safety Questions
- COVID-19 Declaration / Contact Tracing Form
- Other OHS Updates / Notices.
The staff members need to fill in the clock-on questionnaires as the data is important for the organisation.
