How to Create Quotes Using the Mobile App

As part of the Support at Home transition, CareVision helps you manage client transitions smoothly on the go with the mobile app. This guide shows you how to create and manage quotes for Support at Home clients using the CareVision Mobile Plus App.

Step-by-step process

Step 1: Open the CareVision Mobile Plus App, enter your credentials, and log in.

Step 2: Tap the “People” icon and select the client for whom you want to create a quote.

Step 3: Tap the plus (+) sign, select “Create Quote/Contract"

Step 4: In the Fund Sources section, select the template, complete required fields, and set funding rules.

Step 5: Review the Funding Fee Items from the template and add supplements or subsidies if necessary.

Step 6: In Funding Service Program Allocations, enter the co-contribution percentage if applicable.

Step 7: In Additional Settings, enter the Rollover Balance estimate, specify the Maximum Co-Contribution, and save the funding source.

Step 8: Add recurring services, set frequency and scheduling, ensure “Use Default Funding” is checked, confirm billing categories, and save.

Step 9: Add any once-off services, specifying all relevant details including funding source and billing categories.

Step 10: Upload required supporting documents, especially for Assistive Technology and Home Modifications High claims.

Step 11: Calculate the quote by clicking the circular icon, then click “Save.”

Step 12: In the client profile, go to “Active Quotes,” download the draft quote, select “Advanced”, and check your files for the sample quote.
