Support at Home Training Schedule

To ensure a smooth and successful transition to the Support at Home (SAH) program, CareVision is committed to providing you with the resources and support needed for the commencement of SAH on 1st November 2025.

As part of this initiative, CareVision has developed a training schedule to guide you through each step of the process. Training sessions will be held from 29th September 2025 to 13th October 2025.

We encourage you and your team to attend these sessions to help ensure you are well-equipped for a smooth transition and to minimise any impact on service delivery to clients.

Introduction to Funding Source Advanced Mode & Funding Source Upgrades on Sandbox

  • Your team will be introduced to this new functionality and encouraged to try it out on Sandbox. Additionally a test migration of your data will occur this week to migrate your HCP Clients to SAH model.

Refresher on Care Management Time Tracking and Reporting

  • If you have not yet started using this, please check out the documentation and training materials below and start introducing this to your teams.

  • This week we encourage everyone to have this set up and in use to prepare your teams for the transition and provide your business with valuable data prior to the cutover.
