You can log time on the CareVision Plus mobile app to ensure accurate tracking of the care services you have delivered. CareVision provides tools to help organisations adapt as the Support at Home (SAH) program shifts to a shared pool of case management time from November 1, 2025, providing organisations greater flexibility to meet clients’ needs.
This document describes how to log time for Aged Care Coordinators on the mobile app.

Log in to the CareVision Plus mobile app by using your Aged Care Coordinator (Admin) credentials.
Create a Time Log
Option 1:
Tap the More icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap Create Time Log to open the time log entry form.
In the Note For field, tap the Choose Client dropdown and select the client to which you want to link your time log.
Option 2:
Tap the People icon.
Tap on the client to which you want to link your time log.
Tap the plus (+) icon.
Tap the Add Case Notes icon.
The Note For field is auto-populated with the client’s name.
In the Note Type field, choose the appropriate note type from the dropdown.
Tap the Log Time box. This indicates you are recording time for this entry.
Tap the Billable box if the case note should be billed.
In the Funding field, tap the dropdown to select the funding source.
You can also tap the Use Default Funding Source box to apply the default. Ensure the client’s profile is complete and has a funding source, as missing details may prevent case note creation.
In the Service field, choose the relevant service from the dropdown. Only services linked to the client’s funding source and case note type are available.
In the Date field, tap the calendar icon to select the date, then tap OK.
In the Duration field, enter the length of the service.
In the Time field, specify the time of service.
In the Note Title field, enter a brief title for the case note.
In the Note Details field, enter brief information about the case note.
Tap Add Files to attach relevant files if needed.
Review all details, then tap Save.
Tap the More icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap My Timesheet.
Use the left and right arrows to select the desired pay period.
View Target Log Hours, which displays the expected number of hours the staff should log for the selected pay period. This represents the required service or care hours for that period.
View Actual Log Hours, which shows the total hours the staff has logged for the selected pay period. This refers to the actual time spent delivering service or care to clients.
View Target Billable Hours, which displays the expected number of billable hours the staff should achieve for the selected pay period.
View Actual Billable Hours, which shows the total number of hours that have been marked as billable for the selected pay period.
Tap the pen icon to edit a case note if needed, allowing corrections or updates.
Review all details, specify changes in the What Have You Changed In This Version field, then tap Update.
