How To Upload Qualifications on Mobile App as Field Staff
Uploading your qualifications on the CareVision Mobile Plus App as field staff makes it easy to keep your professional credentials organized and up to date. 1. Log in to the CareVision Mobile Plus App using your staff credentials.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the CareVision Mobile Plus App. You can install or update the app on your
Android or
iOS device.
2. Tap More in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom-right corner to add a new qualification.
5. In the Qualification field, tap Choose Item and select the qualification you want to submit
(Example: Registered Nurse)
The available options depend on what your organisation has set up in
Settings > Qualifications. If you don’t see your qualification, contact your administrator.
6. Complete all required fields for your selected qualification. For example, for Registered Nurse, you may need to provide:
Ahpra Date
Ahpra Number
Ahpra Expiry Date
7. In the Notes or Links field, add any additional notes or links relevant to your qualification.
8. Scroll down to complete other required fields. For example, for Registered Nurse, you may also need to provide:
9. In the Certificate Photo field, tap Add to upload your file.
10. Select a file from your mobile device. You can choose from your camera, gallery, or file storage.
- Provide a Title and Description for the file.
- Tap Add to attach the document.
11. Review all information for accuracy, then tap Save.
12. Your qualification will appear under My Skill Set with a Pending status.
13. Once your Manager or Administrator reviews and approves your qualification, the status will update to Approved.
