View Social Group Attendees on Mobile

Staff assigned as Event Managers for social group bookings can now view the full attendance list on the CareVision Mobile Plus app for iOS and Android. This update allows Event Managers to monitor social group participation, enhancing event management and communication.

Assign Event Managers to Social Group Bookings

Coordinator admins must assign an event manager to a social group booking and then publish the booking.

  1. Log in to the CareVision portal as a Coordinator Admin.

  1. In the left menu bar, click Community.

  1. Click Social Groups.

  1. Select a social group.

  1. Select an unpublished social group booking in the Calendar section.

  1. Click the three-dot button in the lower left corner.

  1. Click Edit on the booking.

  1. In the Event Manager field, select the name of a staff member or care organization admin from the dropdown to assign as the Event Manager.

  1. Review the relevant fields in the booking and ensure they are completed based on your organisation’s requirements for social group bookings. Then, click Publish to publish the booking.

  1. The booking will be updated with the assigned Event Manager.

  • To verify, click on the published booking.

  • Select Manage Attendance.

  • The assigned Event Manager will appear in the upper left of the booking detail page.

Event Manager’s View on Mobile

When the Event Manager logs in to the CareVision Mobile Plus app, they will be able to see the attendance list.

  1. Log in to the mobile app as the assigned Event Manager.

  2. Go to the Calendar module.

  1. Verify that the social group booking appears on the scheduled date.

  1. Open the booking, and you will now see the Attendance tab in the booking details.

  1. Tap the Attendance tab to view all attendees. Attendees are grouped according to their RSVP status: Going, Not Going, or Pending.

Notes
This feature provides a view-only experience on mobile. Currently, attendance management is available only through the CareVision portal.

This update allows Event Managers to easily view all attendees in a social group booking within the CareVision mobile plus app, allowing them to monitor participant attendance.
