Social Groups Section in Client Profile

The Social Groups section in the Client Profile displays all social groups associated with the client. This allows coordinators and staff to view and manage the social groups a client belongs to.

Social Group can be created within CareVision to connect clients who participate in shared activities, programs, or services.
 To view the social groups a client belongs to:
  • Open the Client Profile.
  • Select Social Groups.

From this section, you can:
  • View all existing social groups for the client
