Budget/Quotes and Contracts Section in Client Profile

The Budget/Quotes and Contracts section in the Client Profile displays all quotes created for the client and is used to manage client quotes and service agreements in CareVision.

This section is one of the areas where users can create quotes for the client.

To access this section:
  • Open the Client Profile.
  • Select Budget/Quotes and Contracts.

To create a new quote, click the plus (+) icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.

This section centralizes the process of managing quotes and contracts for a client. It allows users to easily generate quotes, track their status, download agreements, reuse existing quotes, and maintain a clear record of both active and archived client contracts.

A table is displayed showing the details of each quote. See the table below for key information.
ColumnDescription
Reference IDUnique identifier assigned to each quote for tracking and reference.
Created ByName of the user who created the quote.
StatusCurrent state of the quote (such as Draft, Open, Accepted, Accepted-Verbally, Cancelled, or Rejected).
Active AtThe date when the quote became active.
Expires AtThe date when the quote will expire or is no longer valid.
ActionsAvailable options for managing the quote, including Edit, Download Quote, Download the Agreement, Create a Copy, and Archive.
