2025-03-11 Support At Home DRAFT Change
We have been busy reviewing recently released documentation for Support At Home. Each time we think we are ready to publish a draft plan to you and your team, new material comes to light or is made available by the department.
This draft document focuses on the key areas where action is needed now or very soon by you and your teams in order to be ready for the support at home changes, such as:
- Service Structure Changes
- Funding Structure Changes
- Planning for the Invoicing and Claiming Workflows and relevant updates for your Core Financial System
In addition we have include some of the rough work on the other areas that will be addressed in the final review of these plans over the coming weeks, now possible with the recent publication of a raft of documents by the department.
We welcome your teams review of these plans and mark up of the attached word documentation.
In the coming weeks we will publish numerous updates to this document which you will be able to access here via the support portal.
