The Config Workbook is an Excel document we use during implementations to plan and stage your organization’s specific configurations. It is a tool that helps us plan effectively before making changes to the live system. Each tab of the workbook represents a key area of configuration.
We have prepared a template configuration workbook that will be published on the knowledgebase here at any moment. Follow this page for updates. This document contains the proposed standard configurations for Support at Home and CHSP organizations. It is subject to updates regularly over the coming weeks. Currently, it contains details regarding the critical path items of Funding, Service, Billing Categories, Line Items, Fees and Treatments.
The workbook has color-coded tabs: the purple color tabs are nearing completion and part of what you should be working on at this stage of your planning. As we finalise each tab, the colour will be changed to green. We are providing you with early access to this document to assist with your planning, but note it is subject to changes. Please check back with us as your planning progresses.
