Check Out Items On Sandbox

Social Groups - MPAS Updates

  • When you go to add someone to a MPAS event and select a schedule, if that group has already published events after the join date, we have updated the display of these to only show the events relevant to the schedule within the group
  • If you select one of the already published events when adding a MPAS for a client, the RSVP was being created with just the status of invited, however now it will create the event RSVP based on the details on the MPAS i.e. Going Needs transport, and this in turn ensures the billing record is automatically created as well.
  • Update view of the social group and the ad hoc booking on the client calendar to consolidate them into on thing so as to avoid confusion.

Bulk Approval Mode on Service Review

  • On the Service Review Board, we will be introducing an ability to approve bookings and shifts on the current page being viewed by the user.
  • In order to reduce the time you need to accomplish approval of bookings, we will have a button to allow you to select multiple or all bookings and shifts on the current page of the user.
  • With this change, we will only limit the bookings you can approve up to 100. This limit is to make sure that the process is smoother and more efficient than your previous experience.
  • The following items are the detailed features we are introducing:
    • At the top of the Service Review page, a button is added with the label BULK APPROVE BOOKINGS AND SHIFTS.
    • Upon clicking of the bulk approve bookings and shifts button, the user will enter a bulk edit mode. It is recommended to make changes and adjustments to the bookings and shifts before entering bulk edit mode. This is to ensure that the approver of the bookings and shifts have acknowledged that all of the booking’s details are current and valid.
    • If you wish to update a booking, exit the bulk edit mode. Upon exit, continue to modify the bookings. If you wish to change the current view that you are viewing, exit the bulk edit mode.
    • Upon exit, you can now modify the date range, filters, number of bookings limiter and current page (placed at the bottom of the page).
    • On the bulk edit mode, you can only approve unapproved bookings and shifts. You are not allowed to unapproved already approved bookings and shifts. This is to avoid impacts on your invoicing process.
    • If you wish to unapproved, you have to exit bulk edit mode. Then, go to the booking and unapproved it. This is to ensure that the approver of the bookings and shifts have acknowledged that the booking should still be unapproved. We will be limiting some actions when you are trying to bulk approve bookings and shifts. This is to make the process straightforward and simpler for our users.

Mobile Apps

  • Update to mobile apps to restrict funding source fields when editing quotes on mobile in line with behavior on portal.
  • Update timesheet's staff reported start and end time produces incorrect values on some devices.

  • ensure the latest reading is retrieved and shown when looking at the trackable list
  • Allow the adding of notification triggers on trackable
  • Ensure that when viewing the care domain that all related trackable form submissions are available.

Billing Improvements - (For NDIS but also may apply to others)

  • Notional Unit Price -   A new boolean field has been introduced called “use_notional_unit_price” on the ratesets table. It is possible to view and edit this column in all places where ratesets can be viewed or edited (e.g. Billing Categories). If use_notional_unit_price is enabled, the description of the billing line item is appended to add the quantity and rate. This should be in the form of “$quantity $unit × $ $rate” (e.g. “10 km × $0.97”). Second, the quantity and the rate are multiplied together and this will be set as the new quantity (e.g. 10*0.97 = 9.7, so we set this as the new quantity). If one of the original values was negative, quantity should now be negative. Finally, the rate that is set to the line item is $1, the “notional unit price” and set the units to “unit”. The Quote Print Format Option 2 will reflect this changes
  • Estimated Kilometers/Minutes -  During quote calculation if a Time Category / Visit Duration line item is set to Bill Using actual, we have logic to use the scheduled time instead, since we expect that for quotes there will not yet be carer visit logs. Similarly during quote calculation if a Travel With Client/Callout Distance line item is set to Bill Using “tracked” or “reported”, the new “estimated kilometers” / “estimated minutes” fields will be available, since there will not be a trip row for a quote. The Estimated Kilometers field will be available if the selected Bill Using is “System Tracked Distance” or “Staff Reported/Adjusted Distance”. The Estimated Minutes field will be available if the selected Bill Using is “System Tracked Time” or “Staff Reported/Adjusted Time”.
  • Billing Categories for Manual Line Items Manual Line Items can now be linked with Billing Categories. The billing categories are based on the Funding Sources selected in the quote/booking. The field is disabled if there is no funding source selected.
  • Changes in Quote Print Format Option 2 - Estimated Kilometers and Minutes are indicated in the print format as (est. km) or (est. min) in the Quantity of each line item. The changes in the line item description due to the notional unit price is applied in the Type and Rate/Unit columns. “Call Out Distance” is also renamed to “Travel to Appointment”.
