This weekly webinar series, lasting approximately two hours, will take place from until early July. It is designed to guide participants through the essential steps required to meet the objectives for the current and upcoming weeks. The series aims to ensure that teams remain aligned with the timeline and facilitates the implementation process. Additionally, participants will gain early access to guides and information about the upcoming changes. The series is made up of a few content types:
· Planning: Assist you with planning and managing the change
· Step By Step: Processes that you may need to be doing in detail i.e. how to update the config planning documents, how to do relevant lookups and matching processes, how to extract data to plan for items required as part of the change, how to configure elements of the system
· Deep Dive: Looking at the new functionality and developing a deep understanding of how it works from a system admin perspective, a user perspective and under the hood
· Technical: For the technical migration steps, analysis and testing processes, and API related topics
· Non technical: For the business process, procedure planning, and managing change and training
Those that enroll in the program will have the ability to influence the content within it to ensure we support your teams as best as possible over this change.
