Staff Qualifications and Skills Report

It is important to keep track of staff member skills and qualifications when it comes to handling multiple clients with various needs. The Carevision Management Portal offers a reporting service in order to keep track of staff qualifications and skills along with certificate validities, certificate approval data, expiry dates, and more.
In this report, it is important to keep note that:
  1. in each Qualification, there can be more than one skillset
  2. Each Qualification would always assume that people who have the said qualification, also has all the Staff Skillset (as a minimum) set
  3. Multiple staff can share qualifications but may have different certificate expiry, & approval dates


How to Access / View the Report

  1. Login to the Carevision Management Portal
  2. Under the Reports Tab; select the Compliance Tab
  3. On the menu above next page, select STAFF COMPETENCY

Reading the Graph & Using its Controls

  1. As with other reports, a filter menu can be seen above the Line Chart in order sift through data
  2. A table is displayed below that shows a more detailed list of information based on the line graph shown
  3. Any filter applied along with the date range inputted affects the table results
  4. The "View Dates" date range input, controls the Y-Axis values. Adjusting the Date From & Date To shows the number of staff qualifications & skills in a set period of time.
  5. Each line represents a Qualification (or Skill depending on the report mode you placed in the filter menu).
  6. The line rises if a Staff member has a their qualifications approved / obtained
  7. The line goes down if a Staff member's qualification is no longer valid (or is expired)
