Reminders for Renewals of Qualifications

Staff Qualification plays a vital role in allocating the appropriate staff into client bookings. Providing a competent staff with the necessary skills and qualifications provides great advantage on handling the care recipient's needs. As such, it is essential to make sure that the certifications of the staff are always up to date. However, it's hard and cumbersome to track all of these manually specially if the organization has a large workforce. To alleviate this, CareVision created a notification system that can send reminders to coordinators when a staff's qualification is reaching the end of its validity period. 


Reminders for Qualification Renewals

There are several Notification Triggers that can be used for sending reminders based on qualification's date of validity. 
  1. Qualification Expiry is Day Out Notification - reminder will be sent 1 day before the expiration of certification
  2. Qualification Expiry is 2 Days Out Notification - reminder will be sent 2 days before the expiration of certification
  3. Qualification Expiry is 3 Days Out Notification - reminder will be sent 3 days before the expiration of certification
  4. Qualification Expiry is 6 Days Out Notification - reminder will be sent 6 days before the expiration of certification
  5. Qualification Expiry is 1 Week Out Notification - reminder will be sent 1 week before the expiration of certification
  6. Qualification Expiry is 2 Weeks Out Notification - reminder will be sent 2 weeks before the expiration of certification
  7. Qualification Expiry is 3 Weeks Out Notification - reminder will be sent 3 weeks before the expiration of certification
  8. Qualification Expiry is 1 Month Out Notification - reminder will be sent 1 month before the expiration of certification
You just need to enable 1 or multiple notifications above to receive the reminders you need on your organisation. Notifications can be sent to any person inside or outside the organisation though their email, mobile phone (push notification via CareVision mobile app), or newsfeed (through mobile app or Management Portal).

How to Setup Reminders

1. First of all, you need to put the expiration date of the staff qualification by populating the Certificate Validity field (see How do staff submit their qualifications and skills?)


2. Set up Reminders for Qualification Renewals (see above), by enabling the Qualification Expiry Notification based on the interval you prefer. Follow this guide (Notification Triggers) to configure your reminders according to your needs.
