How do staff submit their qualifications and skills?

Goal

- So that the staff qualifications and skills can be submitted This is one way to ensure that staffs provide a high-quality service based on their qualifications and skills.

Submitting qualifications

  1. Navigate to My Account > User Profile.
  2. on your user profile, click on Qualifications.
  3. Click on [ + ADD QUALIFICATION ]
  4. A popup screen will appear for you to submit your qualification details.
  5. On qualification field, select the qualification that you will submit.

After you've chosen the qualification, you'll notice a Qualification Skills field, which will show you the basic skills required for this qualification. Some qualifications will additionally ask you to give certificate information such as the certificate id/number and validity, and also supporting documents such as a photo of your driver's license.

Your submitted qualification might undergo approval/verification process.

Submitting skills

  1. Navigate to My Account > User Profile.
  2. on your user profile, click on Skills.
  3. Click on [ + ADD SKILLS]
  4. A popup screen will appear for you to submit your skills details.
