Setting Service Templates
Setting up Service Templates in CareVision
SERVICE TEMPLATES are standard layouts that enable client services to be pre-populated with information. This ensures the quality and consistency of service settings and cuts admin time to individual services.
Service Templates are set up at the configurations stage, and typically imported.
Relationships to the price guide - NDIS
During the configurations stage, we imported your NDIS pricing and services based on the latest price guide.
Each service template for the NDIS is set up with the registration group at the start of the name.
Each Support Item rate is added as Billing Categories.
Relationship to HCP and CHSP
HCP pricing and services based on your schedule of fees or services list.
How to update templates & implications of updating templates
To update Templates, you can go into the Settings > Services, select the service name and make your changes.

NOTE:
Please note that making a change to the service template does not change existing Care Plans, Adhoc Bookings and published bookings.
The changes will apply to created care plans and ad-hoc bookings after the changes have been made.
Designing new services
To Create a new Service, you can click on SETTINGS > SERVICES and then click on + CREATE NEW SERVICE OFFERING
You can also create a new Category for Services if you are unable to use a category from our default list.
