UKG Integrations

Set Up

Using CareVision, integrating UKG is made easier for the organisation.
Log In on the CareVision Management Portal. On the left-hand menu, go to Settings. Click on Settings, then find Integrations.


On the Integrations Page, you should be able to see a list of integrations that are currently available in CareVision. UKG Dimensions should be listed under the Integrations Page. To proceed with the integration, click on the button for LINK MY ACCOUNT.

This should appear after successful linking.

After successful linking, you can click on the button, GO BACK TO INTEGRATIONS PAGE.

 To know if the linking is successfully, the Status will display as Active.

There will also be an option to disconnect your account.











Disconnect Account

If you want to disconnect the account that is currently linked to an organisation, click on the DISCONNECT MY ACCOUNT.

Note that this option will appear if there is an already linked account to an organisation.

A confirmation modal will appear, which will ask you to confirm the disconnection of the integration.


Click No if you do not want to proceed. Click on Yes to confirm. To confirm that the disconnection is successfully, there should be no more Active status and there is an option to link the account to the organisation.
