UKG - Skills and Qualifications Mapping

UKG - Skills and Qualifications Mapping

After successful integration to UKG, on the Settings.
On the Organisational Skills, there should be a new column on the table to represent the skills mapping on UKG.

Note that this column will not appear if the organisation has no active integrations to UKG.

Creating a Skill
When creating a new skill, you are able to connect the skills related / equivalent to it on UKG.

A new field for Skill Mapping will appear. This will load the list of the skills on UKG's end.
Add the name and description for the skill. With the new field for the skill mapping, choose the skill that is its equivalent. Also choose if the skill is required for the organisation.

After saving, a new entry should appear on the organisation skills with the skill mapping already populated on the column for it as well.

Updating Skill
If there are existing skills that do not have skill mapping yet, the management portal gives you an option to update them manually.
Just click on the name of the skill on the Name column. A modal will appear which displays the existing information of that skill.
You may update the skill mapping by choosing a skill from the dropdown list, then save.

The saved data are going to be reflected on the table of organisation skills.

For Qualifications, go back to Settings. Choose Qualifications under settings.

Creating Qualifications
Similar to the skills, there is also a field for Certification Mappings. There is a new field for the UKG Certification Mapping.
When creating a new qualifcation, fill out the required fields as well as the skills.
Select the UKG Certification which is an equivalent or matching the current qualification that you have.
If you are done, you can now save.

Updating Qualification
For the existing qualifications, you can also update the UKG Certification Mapping field.

On the Organisation Qualification, just click on an existing qualification from the list. Then, a modal will appear which will contain a field called Cetification Mapping.
Select one from the list, then hit save.

Note that if the organisation decides to disconnect their UKG Integration, the extra field for mapping skills and certification will not be displayed any longer.
