10 August 2026Pay-period dates in Timesheet Dashboard now follow the organisation’s configured start day. The date range dropdown now displays each pay period as expected.
10 August 2026Funding period validation in the Service Review Board has been improved. Bookings scheduled on the funding source start date are now recognized as valid and can be reviewed and approved without "Booking Outside Funding Period" warning.
10 August 2026CSV downloads in the Service Review Board now include all booking records returned for the selected report criteria. This ensures records are not omitted when downloading larger reports.
11 August 2026Improved Distance Travelled With Clients (DTWC)  handling so time-based and distance-based options now correctly reflect the applied billing categories. Also fixed several Quotes layout issues, including DTWC minute fields, missing/misaligned checkboxes, and excess spacing in schedule controls.
11 August 2026A MODIFIED tag is now displayed when an existing once-off booking is changed during a requote. This helps you identify which bookings have been updated before completing the quote.

12 August 2026A new booking version is created only if changes are made to an ad hoc booking. If no changes are detected, the existing booking version in the quote remains unchanged.
12 August 2026The Budget/Quotes and Contracts section in the Client Profile has been improved to make quotes easier to track and manage. Quotes now show who last updated them and the date and time of the update, with filters for All, Accepted, Draft, and other statuses. A quote preview also provides a snapshot of its contents, allowing you to review key information without opening the quote. See Budget/Quotes and Contracts Section in Client Profile
12 August 2026Payment file matching has been improved for re-claimed items. When the original reference is unavailable, the system can still link the payment record to the original claim.
14 August 2026When an accepted quote contains ad hoc bookings, only new bookings are created, and only existing bookings modified through the quote are updated. Unchanged ad hoc bookings retain their current version. If these bookings have already been approved, they will retain their approved status in Service Review Board.
