Quote Improvements -Phase 2

16 April 2026You can now view total spending on services in the Fund Sources section. The system shows a card with total funding, less spending, less care management, and total remaining balance so you can track how much funding the client has and what remains after quoted services.

In this example, the service runs from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, which is 8 hours, so entering a sleep period of 10 hours exceeds the booking duration.
16 April 2026You can now quickly duplicate an existing recurring service within a quote. Click the "Copy Recurring Item" button next to a service, and a new identical item will be created.
