Policy and Procedures Available On Services

Policy and Procedures Available On Services

Overview

Providing services to clients would be difficult if one doesn't know how to deliver that particular service correctly. Organisations most often have a set of rules or guidelines on how their staff should implement the services offered by the Organisation. Without these rules or guidelines, one staff could deliver a service differently from another staff which might impact the Organisation negatively.

The Management Portal allows Organisations to setup their Policies and Procedures by letting them upload Articles or Videos so that their staff could view and study these on the mobile app.
