How To Guides & Related Policy and Procedures on a Booking

There are instances that a certain service should be accompanied by additional information related to it such as how-to guides, instructional videos or even policies associated with it. This will greatly help the staff on performing their tasks and can reduce the risk of improper handling due to lack of knowledge.

Fortunately, CareVision offers a feature where articles and videos can be linked into a service so that staff can view them in a booking. Coordinators can create an article tackling various topics such as learning materials, instructions, policies and/or procedures; and then they can associate it through various services related to that article. When the service is assigned into a booking, the staff can view this content through the CareVision Mobile App.
