FAQ: Session Timeouts and Frequent Logouts
Q: Why am I being logged out every minute?
A: This can happen when your SSO session expires or when CareVision is open in multiple browser tabs.
Q: How do I fix it?
Close all browser tabs related to CareVision.
Reopen your browser and navigate to CareVision.
Sign in again using SSO.
Closing all CareVision tabs resets the session properly and helps prevent re-authentication issues.
