Billing Options

Overview

Giving you control over your organisations' configurations relating to Billing Contacts. Billing Contacts allow you to send client invoices and statements to different people, and will default to the client main details if you do not specify a billing contact. You can now choose between the options listed below on the organisations' (Settings > General Confirguration) page.

Billing Contacts on Client Profile and Contacts Only

A client can have a single billing contact in their contacts or connections. If multiple are added we will only use the most recently added billing contact.

Billing Contacts on Funding Sources

Billing contacts are specific to the funding source a client has, this option allows you to set the billing contact based on the funding source. This is popular for NDIS as some clients will have a combination of Self Managed and either Plan or Agency Manged funding.
