Scheduling Board

The Scheduling Board is CareVision's rostering screen. The board shows bookings on a timeline, with time running from left to right. When a quote is accepted, the system creates a care plan, and the care plan creates the bookings.New bookings have no worker yet, so the bookings wait in the grey Unscheduled area at the top of the board. Below the Unscheduled area, each worker has a row. Rostering means moving each booking from the Unscheduled area into a worker's row, then publishing the roster so the worker receives the booking.

Open the Scheduling Board

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Schedules.
  2. Click Teams or Teams V2.
  3. The Filters panel opens first. Set the filters or click Apply and set the filters later.
