17 August 2026Funding fee rates are improved in the Funding Fee Items section of Client Funding Sources and Quotes. The displayed daily rate now reflects the rate active on the item’s start date, so historical items show the correct rate.

18 August 2026Cancelled booking filtering in the Service Review Board is improved. When "Filter by Cancelled Booking" is selected, only cancelled bookings are shown.
18 August 2026A new Social Group Event document is available in Community > Social Groups. You can generate an event plan with the information staff need to coordinate the event, alongside Meals Delivery and Transport Run documents. See Generate Meal and Transport Documents for Social Group Events.

19 August 2026The Reviewer field in the Goals, Treatment Plans, and Assessments section now displays all eligible staff members when creating a goal in a client’s profile. You can select the appropriate reviewer instead of seeing only contractors.
19 August 2026Improved handling of user lists to prevent the Event Manager field from showing only contractors after viewing the Contractors page. Existing Event Managers and other eligible staff now load correctly, allowing events to be saved as expected.

20 August 2026Improved handling of leave calculations in the Timesheet Dashboard for scheduled shifts with unpaid breaks. Unpaid breaks are now excluded, and leave is split into the correct paid periods when exported to payroll.
