Pay Periods

Overview

Pay Period in Carevision is a recurring time frame during which an employee’s work hours are recorded and compensated. If the organisation is planning to integrate to CareVision Payroll, this needs to be set up first as this will be used on Staff Pay Details and Payroll Export.

Create Pay Period

On the Left-side Navigation Panel, head to Settings, then click Pay Periods



Top-right corner, click CREATE PAY PERIOD



Supply required information



Once done, don't forget to SAVE changes.

NameUsed on: Staff Profile > Staff Pay Details > Pay Period dropdown
Payroll NameUsed on: Settings > Payroll >Payroll Name dropdown
Created DateWhen the Pay Period was created
Created ByThe person who created the Pay Period
Start DateStart Date of the Pay Period occurrence
Start TimeStart Time of the Pay Period occurrence
FrequencyHow frequent is the occurrence of the Pay Period
Last OccurrenceThe previous date when the last Pay Period occured
Next Occurrence
The next date when will the upcoming Pay Period occur
