System Data Fields Specific to SAH

You must complete the following information in CareVision for SAH client intake and onboarding.
  1. Client Identification: full name, date of birth, current address
  2. My Aged Care (MAC) Reference Number
  3. Billing Contact: Person known to the client (e.g., family member) who receives main billing statements. This must be added to the client’s profile before selection.
  4. Billing Organisation Contact: External organization or third party (e.g., plan manager, power of attorney) that handles billing for the client or multiple clients.
  5. Billing Contact for Co-Contributions: Specific person (e.g., family member or representative) who receives invoices for the client’s co-contribution payments.
