1. In the left navigation pane, click Setting > Billing Categories.

2. Check if the following Billing Categories already exist:
3. If these categories exist, open the existing billing category, click Edit.

4. Set the Effective from field to November 24, 2025.

5. Set the Unit field to Hours.

6. Under Draft Rate Sets, change the value of the Amount field to 156.16 to reflect the new rate provided by NDIS. In this example, only the default rates for the applicable time period would be used.

7. Click Save.

8. Click Publish.

9. Scroll down and click Save again. The billing category should be updated as expected to reflect the new rate. Repeat the same steps to update the remaining billing categories mentioned above.

3. Under Billing > Primary Billing Category section, click Add Billing Category to assign the correct billing categories for each service.

4. For Early Intervention Supports For Early Childhood, add these Billing Categories:
15_0118 - Early Childhood Intervention Professional - Art Therapist
15_0118 - Early Childhood Intervention Professional - Music Therapist
For Therapeutic Supports, add these Billing Categories:
15_0128 - Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Art Therapist
15_0128 - Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Music Therapist

5. Set the Effective from field to November 24, 2025.

6. Click Save.

1. In the left navigation pane, click Settings > Funding Sources.

2. Find and select the Improved Daily Living Skills funding source.

3. In the Services field, add the following services and tick the Restrict Services box.

4. In the Billing Categories field, add the following billing categories and tick the Restrict Billing Categories box.

5. Scroll to the Restriction Default Values section. Click Copy Restriction Values for both Services and Billing Categories.

6. Click Save to apply your changes.
