Autoschedule Preferences

Autoschedule Preferences

This option allows administrators to use the Autoschedule button on the Scheduling page, to automatically and strictly allocate bookings that only have Preferred Staff assigned.

Settings > General Config > Autoschedule Preference

"Skip Skills and Qualifications if preferred staff only"
  1. If this toggle is turned-on, the Scheduling page will hide the booking flags if the Preferred Carer does not have the required Skills and Qualifications of the booking.
  2. If this is turned-off, contrary to the above, the default behavior will remain, and the booking flags will display even if the booking is allocated to a Preferred Carer.

Enabling this option will ignore the default Autoscheduling rules.
