Understanding the Colour Codes on the Schedule Board

What are the colour codes on the Schedule Board?

The colour codes on the Schedule Board refer to how the bookings are presented in different colour tones and shades according to their booking status or user action on the scheduling page.

The colour of the bookings change after certain changes are made to the bookings.

Why are they needed?

The CareVision Management Portal's Teams Scheduling Area is where the Coordinators make arrangements for the Staff Roster. Once a Client Service is allocated and published, they are represented with different colours to easily spot bookings that require action.

The colour codes make the Scheduling page neat and clean, and it's much easier for schedulers to find the differences between bookings as well as bookings in the same category. It greatly reduces the time the schedulers spent on coordinating the schedules and assigning appropriate carers to the bookings accordingly so that the clients' needs are matched with the carers' time and abilities.
