Organisation Public Holdays & Suspend Careplans on Public Holiday

Organisation Public Holidays

This setting allows the organisation to select the time category that adheres to public holiday rules. This functionality grants users the flexibility to designate periods as public holidays according to their preferences or organisational requirements.
The recommended default setting is 'Public Holidays'
Whichever time block/s is chosen, will affect the Scheduling page. 

Go to:
Settings > General Config > Organization Public Holidays


Suspend Care Plan on Public Holiday

This option sets how bookings will be treated if the booking duration is from a non-holiday into a Public Holiday, specifically, overnight bookings.
This is tied to the above setting: Organisation Public Holiday where admins can set what time block/s their organisation would like to set as a Public Holiday.

Bookings Starts Within Block

If the booking duration covered a a Public Holiday, but started on a non-Public Holiday, the booking will use the non-Public Holiday rate.


Booking Overlaps Block

If the booking duration covered a Public Holiday, and started on a non-Public Holiday, the booking will use the Public Holiday rate.
