This error can be caused by a number of things like a weak internet connection. However, it isn’t very easy to pinpoint the actual cause in some cases.
a. On the top right corner of your browser, click on the three vertical dots (...).
b. Click Settings.
c. On the left side of the screen, you can see a list of items. You can click on About Microsoft Edge.
e. If you have tried to update, close your browser. Then, reopen it again.

b. Click on Privacy, search, and services. If you scroll down, you can see a portion of the page titled Clear browsing data.
c. You can typically choose a Time Range. Try to pick out a time range when you have most recently accessed CareVision’s platform or you may also choose All Time.
d. Tick on Cookies and other site data as well as Cached images and files. Make sure that these are the only ones ticked.
Once you are ready, there should be a blue button named Clear now. Hit that button.
Re-login on Carevision.
