STATUS_BREAKPOINT Error

We at CareVision know how valuable your time is and we don’t want you to experience STATUS BREAKPOINT web page errors which could potentially interrupt your daily work. In this short article, we are going to highlight some tips in order for you to prevent this from occurring and what you should do in cases where you unexpectedly experience it while working through our system.

What is this error and how does this happen?

Modern browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are very reliable and easy-to-use yet one can still experience glitches. One of the examples of these is the Edge error code STATUS_BREAKPOINT.

This error can be caused by a number of things like a weak internet connection. However, it isn’t very easy to pinpoint the actual cause in some cases.


How to resolve this?

Update Microsoft Edge Browser


a. On the top right corner of your browser, click on the three vertical dots (...)


b. Click Settings.

         


c. On the left side of the screen, you can see a list of items. You can click on About Microsoft Edge.




d. Check if your Microsoft Edge is up to date. An option to update it should appear on this page.

e. If you have tried to update, close your browser. Then, reopen it again.



Clear Browser Data

a. On the top right corner of your browser, click on the three vertical dots (...). 


b. Click on Privacy, search, and services. If you scroll down, you can see a portion of the page titled Clear browsing data.



c. You can typically choose a Time Range. Try to pick out a time range when you have most recently accessed CareVision’s platform or you may also choose All Time.




d. Tick on Cookies and other site data as well as Cached images and files. Make sure that these are the only ones ticked.


Once you are ready, there should be a blue button named Clear now. Hit that button.



Re-login on Carevision.



Use An Alternative Browser

If the two items at the top are already done and you are still experiencing it, we recommend using another browser, Google Chrome.
