Occasionally a client has no care management allocation available for the quarter, for example when they transfer mid-quarter. In that case care management should not be deducted from their available budget.

1. Confirm on PRODA that the client has no care management allocation for the quarter.
2. In settings, open the Support at Home funding source template and unlock the care management percentage.
3. Open the client's funding source, set care management to 0% and save. The funding recalculates.
4. Return to the template and lock the setting again immediately.
5. Create the client's quote afterwards so it picks up the 0% setting.

Tip: Keep this as a controlled finance task. Changing a client's funding source while they have an open quote archives that quote, so make the change before creating the quote.
