Scheduling required client reviews in line with compliances and quality requirements
Depending on the type of care your organisation provides there are requirements for client reviews, furthermore this will often be on a client by client basis in order to meet their needs. When you set a new client up it is important that you set up the correct review frequency for your clients as part of their care plan.
It is recommended that you have a specific service for client reviews which is pre configured with the required forms and assessments, and allows your organisation to report on frequency or reviews with clients.
The best way to schedule these is to add them to the client care plan with the associated frequency of review as agreed to with your client using the specific service for reviews. This will ensure that the item comes up to be scheduled to the coordinator on the specified time frame, and the coordinator is prompted to arrange this with the client as appropriate.
Additionally, by adding this in as a specific service, you can report on the frequency of these services being delivered and track them for compliance.
