10 June 2026Finalizing a claim that is assigned to a period and have previous periods that are open will now be prevented
Employee Number column should display the employee number of the staff. Display parameter ‘Email' and 'Work Email’ should also show the correct column header and data.
We fixed an issue where SAH claim export downloads were failing due to truncated file data, ensuring files can now be downloaded successfully.
Updated the Download Evidence export to follow the correct file naming convention by removing the booking ID from attachment filenames while continuing to include supported booking attachments (quote, prescription, and invoice) in the generated ZIP file.
Supported data sanitation for Xero invoice via SAH Claims
11 June 2026Added a new General Config setting that allows SAH invoice quantities to be converted to 1, with the unit rate adjusted to preserve the correct total. This helps prevent rounding variances when co-contribution amounts are split across booking items.
Funding Source Templates can now be synchronised to linked client funding sources individually or in bulk, making it easier to keep services, fees, billing categories, and line item templates aligned. The update also includes confirmation prompts and warnings for unsaved changes before synchronisation is performed.
Added filtering capabilities to the Claim Details page, allowing users to refine results by Service Group, Service Type, Service Name, Line Item Template, Client Name, and Allocation Category Code for easier data analysis and navigation.
Resolved an issue that could cause the Export History page to display incorrectly for organisations without a configured time zone, improving overall system reliability and user experience.
Bookings that fall within a holiday if the delivery on public holiday is not ticked will not be shown on the Quote Printout as well as service agreement
Clients can now download the Xero Direct Invoices in the Claims Management Dashboard

Added bulk case notes to Social Group Attendance Check, making it easier to create the same note for all attendees marked as present. We've also increased the case note title limit to 300 characters and updated Social Groups to default to sorting by next upcoming occurrence.

fixes a bug where the timelogs are not appearing for some users
Enhanced statement transparency by clearly showing whether charges from previous periods have been deducted from the current statement budget or from previous budgets, helping users better understand how historical adjustments impact their funding balances.
Updated statement calculations to automatically recalculate adjustments when payment uploads contain variations from previous funding periods. Adjustments are now applied to the appropriate statement period based on whether the quarter is still within the rollover adjustment window.
