05 October 2026A new client filter is available on the Data Sanitation for Xero Invoice Export page. You can now filter records by client, select all matching records, and assign the correct Xero Account Code in one action.
05 October 2026The NDIS Number field in the client profile is improved. It now accepts longer NDIS numbers.
05 October 2026Quote acceptance is improved. When you accept a Draft or Open quote, the system checks it has a client and funding type and hasn’t expired, then saves its services to the care plan and shows the bookings on the client’s calendar.
05 October 2026Staff availability on the Scheduling Board is improved. Ordinary work hours, contract hours and leave now display at their scheduled times, including during daylight saving periods.
05 October 2026Client Report exports in Reports > Client Reports are improved. Each column in the exported file now shows data that matches its heading, such as the Department column showing the client’s department.
06 October 2026The Services dropdown in Client Profile > Funding Sources is improved. Head office services now display when you open a branch in a new tab.
