29 September 2026The system now supports separate organisation-level configuration for Billing and Payroll travel calculations involving cancelled billable or payable bookings. Travel can start from the cancelled booking or the previous active booking.
29 September 2026A new “Calculated Callout Time” option is available for Visit Duration in Bookings and related areas. You can use it for billing and pay, with support for NDIS Transport (30 mins max), and it applies across booking views including calendars, service plans and Service Review.
30 September 2026The system now generates carer work schedule instances with cvCalendar for a requested date range. Configured local times are preserved during daylight saving time changes, with permission-based access and source schedules unchanged.
01 October 2026Staff leave display on the Scheduling Board is improved. Leave now shows across the full leave period instead of only against rostered shifts.
01 October 2026Shift pattern updates are improved. When you add or change the associated group, department or location on a shift pattern, the system now applies the change to existing preloaded shifts, so they appear when you filter by department, location or group.
01 October 2026Service Review report exports are improved. The exported file now shows the correct status and cancellation reason for bookings, including bookings that have been cancelled, uncancelled and cancelled again.
01 October 2026Xero Direct Export is improved for organisations that split invoices by allocation category. Invoices containing only fee items now show the client’s NDIS number in the Reference field and the correct invoice date, and when Use Single Invoice Number per Client is on, line items with the same client, allocation category and funding source share one invoice number.
02 October 2026You can now accept an existing Draft or Open quote directly from the quotes list. Click the three dots in the Actions column and select "Mark as Accepted". The status updates immediately to reflect the change. New quotes can no longer be saved as Accepted, so save a new quote as Draft first and then accept it.
02 October 2026The Services table in Support at Home agreements is improved. Each service now shows its billing category and time block, with a separate row for each applicable rate and a Yes or No showing whether an external provider will deliver it.
