Managing 3rd party suppliers and contractors can be difficult and time consuming for Care Providers. There are a range of benefits to engaging your contractors in the CareVision platform and applications including: 
  1. Improved tracking and management of suppliers certifications 
  2. Improved compliance to ensure client safety and quality of service 
  3. Easy publishing of work orders / job opportunities 
  4. Streamline financial management with contractors ability to upload invoices and share details 
Before engaging contractors there are a few areas you will need to consider and set up accordingly, including: 
  1. What Skills and Qualifications for Contractors do you need to track and manage? 
  2. What services will you use for assigning contractors? Will you use specific services for contractors or allow contractors to be assigned any shift? depending on the answer you may need to add skills and qualifications to all your services to ensure contractors are only ever offered the correct jobs. 
  3. Do your contractors have known rate cards? Could you set up billing categories for those contractors with known rate cards to streamline billing and forecasting? 
  4. What level of information would you like to share with the contractors about your clients that they are servicing? You may require some additional security roles 
  5. How can you engage the contractors to help improve the workflow?
