FAQ: Would Field Care Staff be able to log in onto the Web portal? Can Coordinators access the Mobile App?

The Field Care Staff Members will only have access to the CareVision Plus Application 

Staff members with Coordinator Admin access will have access to both the CareVision Plus Application  as well as the Web portal. 

Scenario: What should I do if I am a Coordinator that sometimes go out to the field as well?

Your account will be created with the Coordinator (Admin) security role. Hence you will have access to both the portal and the application. You will have more access to the client and/or staff related information as compared to an account created with a Field Care Professional security role (on the application).
