FAQ: I have just reset my password on Sandbox. Why is not working anymore?

There may be situations where you had reset you password directly on Sandbox recently but it is no longer working. 

This is due to system re-sync from Production. CareVision re-syncs the data in the Production environment to Sandbox periodically, hence all the login credentials that have been updated directly on Production will automatically be reverted back to the username and password from Production. 

In cases like this, you will need to reset the password again on sandbox after the re-sync, or you can use your production login details. 


In this situation, you are able to change your password from the login page. 

1. Click on 'Forgot Password'



2. Enter your email address in the following field for a new password to be sent to your email



Please ensure that the email address that you are entering in this field is the same as the email address on your CareVision account



3. Click on the Submit button for the password to be sent to your email address
